Money Back Guarantee — Eligibility Requirements
To maintain a fair Money Back Guarantee for genuine customers and prevent fraudulent claims, all refund requests must meet the following requirements:
- You must have spent at least 7 days preparing for the exam using the Certs Blitz study materials.
- You must have taken the scheduled certification exam. Refund requests will not be accepted if the exam was missed or skipped for personal reasons.
- The product must have been purchased directly from Certs Blitz within the last 30 days. Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the purchase date are not eligible.
- Refund claims are not accepted for outdated study materials if a newer version was available on Certs Blitz before your exam date.
- The Money Back Guarantee applies only to officially proctored certification exams. Exams that are taken without a proctor or are freely available online are excluded.
- The guarantee does not apply to selected certification vendors, including Adobe, Alibaba, Nutanix, BCS, Dell EMC, Fortinet, iSQI, Databricks, VMware, Oracle, and Pegasystems. For these exams, eligible customers may receive a replacement product instead of a refund.
- Refunds are not available for retired certification exams.
- Products purchased during promotional sales, at discounted prices, or received free of charge are not covered by this guarantee.
- Bundle offers, multi-exam packages, and similar promotional packages are excluded from the Money Back Guarantee.
- Certs Blitz reserves the right to verify all submitted information and determine the eligibility of every refund request. Any attempt to misuse or abuse this policy may result in the claim being denied.
- Certs Blitz reserves the right to interpret, modify, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. All decisions regarding refund eligibility and claim approval are final.
